Hi, I’m Brittney — the person behind Navigating Life.
I didn’t create this space because I had everything figured out. I created it because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck in your own thoughts, and trying to hold it all together while no one really sees what’s going on underneath.
For a long time, I lived in that space — pushing through, overthinking, reacting, and wondering why things felt harder than they should. What changed everything for me wasn’t forcing positivity or “fixing” myself… it was learning how to understand my nervous system, regulate in real time, and actually feel safe in my own mind and body.
That’s what I share now.
Navigating Life is a space for real people dealing with real emotions — stress, anger, anxiety, self-doubt — and learning how to move through them without shame or judgment.
My approach is simple:
